My roots in logistics trace back generations to a time when shipping demanded precision, craftsmanship, and accountability. Long before modern logistics systems existed, my grandfather helped supply handcrafted whiskey barrels to the Jack Daniel’s distillery—barrels that were carefully dismantled, shipped overseas, and reassembled abroad for further use in the production of Scotch. Every movement required planning, care, and exacting attention to detail. That same mindset shapes how we operate today.
I founded Harbinger Logistics to bring that level of discipline and responsibility back into modern freight brokerage. In an industry often driven by sales quotas and volume, we chose a different path. We do not operate with a sales-driven model. Every member of our team is operationally focused, which keeps our attention exactly where it belongs—on our customers’ freight.
By removing sales pressure, we operate with a customer-first mindset rooted in problem-solving, accountability, and long-term partnership. We function as an extension of our customers’ operations—anticipating challenges, securing dependable capacity, and staying engaged from pickup through delivery.
